Can nice houses really fit in our Small Lots?

When we decided to add garages and sell individual lots, we immediately had several questions:

Are there any houses that will fit on the size lots we need to have??

How big do the lots need to be so we can have nice houses?????

Here are examples of the lot sizes that would be needed for some of our previous house models. These are not going to be house plans we use, but this is just to see the sizes that might be needed with houses of a similar size. The results of this experiment are that lot sizes of 37 x 108 or 50 x 80 can allow space for wonderful houses.

After doing the sketches on the Adams and Seeger houses, it became apparent that the garage on the side would need the smallest lot, at least for a single car garage. Therefore, only the single car garage drawings were drawn for the other house designs..
